Types of organization

There are 4 types of organization. They are-

• Deepener organization
•  Prospector
•  Analyzers
• Re-actors

1.     Deepener organization: They attend to create a stable environment which feel for non-dynamic structure. Example: government organization

2.     Prospector: View their environment over changing and seek out continual structural adjustment to scope with their changes. Example: Business it firm

3.     Analyzer: Their capable or adopting both stable and dynamic environment. Example: Government banking sector.

4.     Re-actors: They act only when environmental changes occurs.
